  • Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga is a slow, gentle form of yoga that involves holding asanas for longer durations and increasing your inner awareness. With stress and burnout on the rise, it is important to have the option of a yoga practice that is targeted at calming the nervous system and stretching out tight muscular tissue.

A slow paced class that encourages students to pay attention to their breath, thoughts and body sensations

  • Kids Yoga

Kids Yoga is on the rise with a growing body of research showing that yoga can improve memory, self-esteem, academic performance and reduce stress and anxiety in children. Through yoga kids start to realise that they are both physically and mentally strong and then are able to take that strength, confidence and acceptance out into the world.

A super fun class that weaves games, stories and postures with themes like compassion, gratitude and resilience.

  • Vinyasa Yoga

Vinyasa Yoga focuses on the union of movement and breath. Asanas are linked in a smooth and flowing sequence increasing blood flow and working the cardiovascular system to create heat.

A dynamic class that both stretches and strengthens.

  • Gentle Flow

Gentle Flow Yoga is for those who want to work their body but at a slower pace. A class that incorporates asanas and breathwork with a focus on less demanding shapes. Bolsters, blocks and blankets are used to help each individual body find its position of comfort.

Shakti

The Divine Mother Goddess. She who is responsible for all creation.

The dynamic force that moves through the universe, circulating everywhere through all existence.

The feminine life force that makes the rivers flow just as she powers your breath, makes your heart beat, and fires your muscles and neurons.
